Deb Pavlico, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.She is a member of the American Counseling Association.

Counseling is a second career for Deb who left a successful career in the financial services industry to pursue her MS in Community Counseling from the University of Scranton.Her first book, Conversations with Women, The Journey Toward Self-Esteem was released in April 2014.This was the result of recognizing low self-esteem as an underlying theme when working with her clients.

Since graduating in 2008, Deb has worked in community mental health, and at Marywood University, in the Counseling Center and as part-time faculty.She currently has a Private Practice in Kingston, PA.Her clinical areas of interest include Anxiety, Trauma, and Eating Disorders and Self Esteem.

Prior to her return to school, Deb worked in operations, customer service and various leadership roles in a Fortune 500 company.Along with her Master’s degree in Community Counseling from the University of Scranton, she has a BS in Business Administration from Wilkes College.

Laura Chickson graduated from Temple University in 2001 with a Masters in Education, Counseling Psychology and has been licensed in Pennsylvania since 2003.

Since that time, she has been working in the field in both the Philadelphia and Northeast Pennsylvania areas.Laura has worked in community mental health facilities, a geriatric intensive outpatient program, college counseling centers, group practices, and has started and successfully run her own private practice.

In addition to clinical work, Laura has enjoyed her role as a supervisor in clinical settings and for those seeking licensure.She has also been an adjunct professor in the Masters in Counseling Program at Marywood.

She currently lives in Northeast Pennsylvania with her husband and three kids.
